  • Emerging Uco

    Enjoy an excursion to the exciting Valle de Uco, just an hour south of Luján in Argentina’s famed Mendoza region. Set in a lush agricultural valley dotted by orchards of almond trees, year-round sunshine alongside high-altitude conditions has transformed the Uco into one of the most exciting new viticulture areas in the world. Begin a tour in the town of La Consulta at its singular bodega, and taste a flight of its signature Tempranillo. Nearby stands the village of Vista Flores, the setting for a cheese and cabernet pairing with two protégés of French winemaker Michel Rolland. With sweeping views of the valley below, savor a farm-to-table lunch in Uco, before a one-on-one tasting with a local Cabernet/Malbec winemaker.

  • Mostly Malbec

    Embark on a day trip celebrating Argentina’s beloved Malbec from its home in the Luján de Cuyo region. Begin your day with a tasting and tour of a turn-of-the-century bodega. Then, drive to the Lunlunta area and visit a tiny garage winery, whose owner is considered the father of the Mendocino terroir.  Enjoy a five-course lunch at a family-owned estate where each dish is skillfully paired with a full line of Malbec, from rose to reserve. Finally, complete your day at the petit bodega of the Bressia family with a cheese board and wine tasting.

  • Iguazu Falls

    Amongst exuberant virgin rainforests, shimmering red clay earth, and amazing wildlife, partake in a once-in-a-lifetime adventure in Iguazu Falls. In this two-day excursion, journey to Iguazu National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and witness its 275 spectacular waterfalls as they cascade across a two-mile gulf.  Enjoy an eco-train ride across the National Park to Puerto Canaos. There, stroll over modern catwalks spread over the Upper Iguazu River to a lookout point balcony over Devil’s Throat, the largest of these unparalleled falls. Boat along the Upper Iguazu to view a myriad of jungle life, from howler monkeys to yacares, South American alligators. In the afternoon, ride through the rainforest along the Yacaratiá Trail in an open four-wheel drive truck to a nearby beach. There continue boating upstream along the Lower Iguazu to view San Martin Island and the three main falls known as the Three Musketeers, San Martin and Bosetti. Along the looped Lower Trail, conclude the day’s excursion with a short hike offering amazing views of the falls and its extraordinary rainbows.
